Clinical Nurse Consultant - Continence Clinic - Peter James Centre / Yarra Ranges Health

Permanent Position, Full‑Time (job‑sharing will be considered)

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Continence Service at Peter James Centre and Yarra Ranges Health in a permanent position (job‑sharing will be considered).

Applicants with previous experience within a Continence Service will be highly regarded, although this is desirable rather than essential for the role. Previous appliacants need not apply.

The clinicians will have knowledge, expertise and skills in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of persons with continence impairments; provision of evidenced‑based nursing care to clients in the community setting. They will be keen to participate in a multidisciplinary team committed to the delivery and development of person‑centred quality care.  Key responsibilities of the roles include conducting comprehensive assessments; providing education, advice and support to clients and their family/carer; and facilitating linkages with other service providers.
