About the role

Nurses working in Pool work across to of Eastern Health's sites supporting Palliative Care, GEM, Rehab and Residential Care.

This position offers contracted hours with variety of care environments and experience. 

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Experience in Acute, Subacute or Residential Aged Care
• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA 
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
