We are looking for a passionate and experienced mental health professional to contribute to and develop Spectrum's clinical programme as a Senior Clinician.  The roles being advertised can range from part time to full time employment as negotiated at interview.

To be successful in this role you should possess:

• Experience in working with people with borderline personality disorder
• Interest in developing recovery-oriented treatment approaches for people with personality disorders
• Dedication to the evidence based therapeutic approaches for people with personality disorders
• Willingness to contribute to research and growing evidence base therapies
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Current registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body
