About the role
We are seeking a passionate Registered nurse to deliver and model the values of Palliative care. Working within a Palliative care/ end of life framework guide and support patients to achieve their individualised care needs with respect and dignity and support families, significant others and staff throughout the journey.
About you
To be successful in this role you should possess:
- Registered Nurse with Current Registration AHPRA
- Current Drivers Licence
- Palliative Care Post Graduate qualifications or working towards is desirable
- Experience in the palliative care field
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
