About the Role
The Associate Director Service Development will lead the development of proposals and implementation of new programs and initiatives. This position will play a key role in ensuring that Statewide Services are sustainable through effective services and strong partnerships, successfully contributing to the goals and objectives of Turning Point and Spectrum as part of Eastern Health.
About You
To be successful in this role you should possess:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading significant and/or complex projects
- Demonstrated capacity to liaise, negotiate and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation of tenders and contract management
- Commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous improvement
- Strategic perspective with a keen ability to also consider the detail
- Highly advanced written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
