About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Nurse who has current renal nursing experience. The Home Dialysis Service is an ambulatory care unit providing care to 65-70 patients dialysing at home either independently or in a supported care structure. We provide both Peritoneal Dialysis and Haemodialysis training to both patients and their family members and then provide ongoing support and monitoring. We focus on delivering high quality, evidence based care to our patients who have complex and often chronic health care needs. We embrace diversity and value individualised patient and family centred care.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Current RN registration with AHPRA 
  • Post Graduate qualifications in Renal nursing is preferable
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work all shifts is essential
