Spectrum is the state-wide personality disorder service for Victoria and provides clinical, research and workforce development activity in this specialist area.

 

We are looking for a highly experienced health professional  to work alongside our  senior management team  to support and grow our services and ensure evidence based care and support  is provided to those in need.

 

To be successful in this role you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and vision in a clinical setting
  • Extensive experience in the  personality disorder field
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Selection Criteria Desirable: • Postgraduate qualification(s) in nursing, psychology, social work, occupational therapy or psychological medicine.
Desirable: • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and vision in the planning and development of clinical projects and to develop creative solutions to complex systemic and organisational problems.
Desirable: • Demonstrated ability to lead clinical staff.
Desirable: • Extensive experience and demonstrated ability to work with clients with severe personality disorders particularly borderline personality disorder as well as relevant public sector treatment systems.
